Job Title: Senior Retail Visual Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising plans to enhance customer experience, drive sales, and improve brand image. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

About the Role:


  • Lead the development of VM plans aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and local events.
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and merchandising teams to ensure consistency in store presentation guidelines and strategy.
  • Manage the visual presentation for all new store openings, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Develop training initiatives to upskill VM team members in areas such as product knowledge, styling, and visual storytelling.
  • Monitor and analyze VM performance using data insights to inform future strategies and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging visual displays and immersive in-store environments.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with regional stakeholders, HQ departments, and retail teams to drive collaboration and shared goals.
  • Develop and manage VM budgets, tracking spend and ROI across departments.
  • Oversee the installation of in-store VM concepts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising Team to create monthly window inspiration and outfits, showcasing seasonal collections.
