This is a full-time role working 5 days a week, at the heart of what we do is the belief that employment transforms lives, not only the lives of individuals but also the lives of their family and friends and the communities they live in.

The job coach will provide tailored assistance to parents with young children by helping them to identify education and employment goals and refer them to local activities and service providers to help them achieve those goals.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage a caseload of participants, develop tailored assistance plans, and maintain regular contact to ensure engagement and updates. You will also have the opportunity to identify and refer participants to relevant service providers where gaps are identified.

A strong networker with excellent communication skills, you will be able to build rapport with key stakeholders and drive a new service forward. If you have experience working with parents or families, providing support, information and referrals to people from diverse backgrounds, and knowledge of labour market and education trends, this could be the ideal role for you.
