Effective Health and Safety Management is crucial in today's fast-paced construction environment.

The Role
  • Coordinate and manage safety-related tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent workplace incidents.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections, pre-starts, and toolbox meetings to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
  • Develop strategies to address identified hazards and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Carry out regular health and safety audits and workplace inspections to verify compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in Health & Safety is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial new build projects, including fit-outs, with a focus on WHS management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A good understanding of current legislation, regulations, and building codes is necessary for success in this role.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
