About the Role:

  • Utilize your financial expertise to manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic business advice.
  • Develop strong client relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for financial operations, regulatory compliance, restructuring, and succession planning.
  • Conduct financial modeling and strategic planning to drive business growth.
  • Guide clients through complex financial matters, asset sales, acquisitions, and operational challenges.
  • Review & Quality Assurance: Mentor and review the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help your team grow.
  • Manage workflow efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to strengthen team performance and client service.
  • Technical Excellence: Prepare financial statements and returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
  • Handle fringe benefits tax, payroll matters, and tax planning with confidence.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring clients remain compliant while maximizing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA-qualified (or on your way) with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in Business Services, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong project management skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills-you know how to build relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues.
