Job Opportunity
This is an exciting role for a Customer Service Expertise Professional who will provide exceptional service to Network Partners, ensuring timely management of customer service queries and supporting the implementation of effective customer service processes across the network.
About the Role
The Customer Service Expertise Professional will act as the touchpoint for Network Partner inquiries and customer service escalations, ensuring timely management of customer service queries. They will also support Network Partners through Support Centre functions, manage Zendesk feedback systems for Network Partner support, and assist with stock orders, credits, and inventory management.

Requirements
We are looking for a pharmacy professional with extensive experience in customer service and stock control. The ideal candidate will have:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to prioritize and work well as part of a team
- An enthusiastic & positive approach to any challenge
- Great time management skills and multitasking ability
