We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

Job Overview

This role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of project logistics activities across multiple work fronts for a key client.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-performance project environments, ideally in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy aligned with the overall project schedule and objectives.
  • Build detailed logistics budgets covering transport, warehousing, people movement, and material supply.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with internal project teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Integrate logistics timelines with the broader project plan.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for reporting and review.
  • Performance & Improvement
  • Monitor logistics performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement across operations, systems, and processes.
  • Leverage technology and tools to enhance efficiency and visibility of logistics activities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics project management, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
