We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our local project team in Cairns, Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately record and manage project accruals, ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for.
- Process purchase orders, coding and receipting of invoices/dockets within our Viewpoint system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, including online ordering.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs smoothly.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers as required.
- Previous experience as a Project/Site Administrator in a construction environment.
- Experience with procurement and financial management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Viewpoint accounting software or similar.
