We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker.
About the RoleThis position involves providing care and support to older community members, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have a Cert III qualification and at least 6 months experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- General housekeeping duties such as making beds, cleaning floors, and washing laundry.
- Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Providing personal care services including bathing, dressing, and assisting with medications.
- Supporting clients with mobility and therapy goals.
- Delivering complex care for customers with high care needs.
- Offering social and emotional support.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts.
- A competitive hourly rate of $33.82 plus Super and paid KM's.
