Insolvency Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and competent Insolvency Accountant to join our team and continue their career in the insolvency industry.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing management of insolvency appointments and files
  • Preparation of correspondence and reports to creditors
  • Conducting investigations and preparing statutory investigation reports
  • Pursuing recoveries and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting in preparation of budgets and cashflow forecasts
  • Maintaining and attending to accurate statutory reporting requirements
  • Ensuring files and working papers are accurate and maintained appropriately

Skills and experience required:

  • Desire to complete CA and/or CPA qualification
  • Desire to undertake ARITA courses for professional development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  • A willingness and ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
