Electrician Technician

The role of Electrical Tradesperson is a critical component in the delivery of essential services to communities. As an Electrical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing and delivering allocated E&I work orders from maintenance plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative tasks and documenting work progression in the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Delivering electrical & instrumentation tasks including fluid flow, pressure measurements, and water quality monitoring equipment
- Traveling to relevant assets across the network and attending pre-start meetings
The successful candidate will possess experience in infrastructure, water, or oil & gas industries, as well as experience as an E&I technician in calibration, pressure testing, and flow meters.
Required qualifications include Certificate IV or III in Instrumentation, Current C Class Driver Licence, Trade – Electrical certificate, QLD Electrical licence, EEHA - Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical (5-year validity), CPR - HLTAID001 (1 year validity), Low Voltage Rescue and CPR Training UETDRRF004 & HLTAID009 (1 year validity), First Aid - HLTAID003 (3-year validity), Confined Space Entry - RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205, MSMPER200 (3-year validity), Working at Heights - RIIWHS204E (2-year validity), and Gas Test Atmosphere - MSMWHS217 (3-year validity).
