As a Service Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and directing the team to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in food service or a comparable field, strong interpersonal, organization, and math skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

  2. Develops, coaches, and directs Service Deli personnel.">
  3. Provides feedback to promote teamwork and accountability among employees.">
  4. Monitors finished merchandise to ensure department consistency and quality standards are met.">
  5. Participates in restocking ingredients and supplies, food preparation, stocking display case, and cleaning up.">
  6. Determines production requirements.">
  7. Follows Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment.">
  8. Assists with physical inventory and orders to buying office for equipment, product, and supplies.">
  9. Coordinates proper maintenance and repairs for machinery, equipment, and implements.">
  10. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.">

Requirements:

Leadership experience in food service or a comparable field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and AS400.

]

Good communication, strong interpersonal, organization, math, and problem-solving skills.

]

Food Safety Certification and Leadership Development 101 within one year is preferred.

]

Supervisory or management experience, employee relations, customer service, or comparable experience is preferred.
