Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our organization. As a key member of the Quality department, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, comparing data, and inputting information accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing documents for Quality Control
  • Comparing data
  • Inputting data accurately
  • Preparing reports for audits
  • General administrative duties
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Available Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis
  • Previous experience working in a Data Entry Clerk role
  • Experience working in Food Manufacturing is preferred
  • Experience working with Quality Assurance will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate computer skills, with previous experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using SAP is also preferred
  • Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and great attitude
  • Accurate when entering data
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Must have steel-capped boots and a hi-vis vest or shirt

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • SAP experience (preferred)

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility in shift times. You must be double vaccinated to be considered for this role.
