Lebara mobile is a renowned provider of low cost, high quality international mobile services. To further strengthen our product & service offerings in the Australian international mobile market, we require highly skilled and motivated professionals who can establish a challenging and rewarding career in the telecommunications industry.

The Operations Lead will be based in North Sydney and report directly to the Head of Operations. The role involves supporting customer enquiries and striving for first point of resolution for government-related matters. Forming strong relationships with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams across the organisation will enable process streamlining and creation of lead opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers by providing data analysis reports, customer card configuration, item development/ modification and promotional updates via Salesforce.
  • Monitor and perform statistical analysis to support process improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and manage Salesforce to ensure correct margins, data flow and invoicing on the platform.
  • Test products and promotions in line with business strategies to ensure compliance and smooth customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain product databases and their pricing across Lebara and Vodafone.
  • Establish and maintain Customer master file for over 20,000 points of presence.
  • Analyse data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcome.
  • Oversee work by vendors/contractors and report on variations to work orders.
  • Regularly check existing plans and manage changes.
  • Continuously monitor and comply with legal requirements as per ACMA prepaid determination.
  • Manage fraud investigations and develop policies to prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Liaise with organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
  • C-coordinate telecommunications Industry Ombudsman complaint handling through coordination with VHA resolution team.
  • Liaise and maintain accounts with Federal departments and provide requested information.
