Marketing Operations Specialist

This role offers a fulfilling and rewarding career in Marketing Operations. You will focus on supporting valued clients by coordinating seamless communication of marketing updates across a national network. Close collaboration with offices is essential to leverage existing training and marketing tools, ensuring implementation of best practices in marketing for the real estate network.

Specialising in providing day-to-day support involves responding to enquiries and utilising internal communication platforms to ensure the network stays up to date. This includes auditing marketing items, reviewing office collateral, actively engaging with office inquiries and feedback to refine and enhance local marketing practices.

As a valuable team member, you contribute to shaping the national network and strengthening a client-focused approach. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential in fostering connections among the national network of offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for day-to-day enquiries.
  • Monitor office engagement through various marketing and communication platforms.
  • Deliver timely marketing updates to foster internal communication.
  • Conduct audits and generate insightful reports.
  • Review office collateral and share inspiring examples of best practices.
  • Provide support in new franchise administration.
