OSHC Coordinator Role

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic and growth-oriented before and after school care service on the picturesque grounds of St Jerome's Primary School, Punchbowl.

As OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for staff and children. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining attendance and casual bookings schedules to guarantee child safety and supervision
  • Supervising other educators, ensuring they understand and fulfill their in-service responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing engaging educational programs with observations and reflection journals
  • Creating opportunities to share children's participation and engagement in programs with families

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Previous work experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)
  • A certificate of training in child protection
  • Full first-aid certificates
  • An NSW Working with children check
