Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team. As a leading provider of workplace health, injury management and safety services, we deliver high-quality care to clients across personal injury and occupational health.
Our multidisciplinary team focuses on recovery and function, helping clients return to work and life. With expertise in rehabilitation services, we provide holistic care approaches to support the journey from rehab to healing.
Your Role:
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients with physical and/or psychological injuries.
- Perform assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers and allied health professionals.
- Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans, with a focus on service delivery outcomes.
- Enjoy a genuine person-centred approach, with goal setting and work/life balance supported by a typical schedule.

What We're Looking For:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion to help people rehabilitate and occupational rehabilitation experience.
