About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment process and talent acquisition efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, proactively engaging with the market to meet current and future needs
  • Develop and implement effective talent communities and employer branding strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within a tech-related environment
  • A keen interest in emerging and deep tech
  • Experience hiring, building, and engaging talent communities globally
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
