Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences
- Drive sales on every shift
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Own your space – be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs
- Have uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
- Have customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
- Love interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids and adults
- Have great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- Hold a valid RSA and WWCC or are keen to get them
