About the Role:

The Senior Digital Insights Analyst is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for driving Origin's digital transformation by leveraging expertise in Adobe Digital Analytics and data-driven decision making.

This involves analysing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for digital performance enhancement. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to support the Product team in prioritising initiatives and ensuring solutions address key challenges.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance website and app performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve digital targets and drive business value.
  • Lead analytics implementation and manage Adobe Launch tracking to ensure seamless data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse data from various sources, including Adobe Analytics, to inform digital strategy and optimise performance.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure digital initiative success.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve digital targets and drive business growth.
  4. Promote continuous improvement and performance visibility within the Digital team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital analytics, specialising in Adobe Digital Analytics.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web analytics concepts, including user behaviour, conversion funnels and attribution modelling.
