About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and providing ongoing professional support. You will work closely with our community team, including plan and support managers and therapists, while managing a small caseload of your own.

The role is largely community-based, but there are clinic locations available for therapy and admin. Your caseload will be primarily NDIS, with services across the lifespan. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, including $90K - $110K + super, $7K travel and bonus, and a 30km capped radius of travel.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, SPA registration, and at least 4 years' experience in a therapeutic role. You will also need to have a variety of clinical skills, be patient and service-oriented, and have strong documentation and time management skills.

You will be able to build a loyal caseload, balance mentoring requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and educate across service streams. Experience within the acute hospital or private sector is highly regarded, as is strong video conferencing skills and a current driver's license. You must also be eligible to work permanently in Australia.
