About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Savers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and donors, ensuring they receive a meaningful and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring our retail floor is always well-maintained and ready for treasure hunting
  • Meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors, including managing change rooms, door greeting, and working on the registers
  • Working with your team to meet service standards
  • SUPPORTING OUR SAFETY CULTURE
