About the RoleYou will report to the store manager and be accountable for the daily operations of the service department and front-of-store area. Your responsibilities will include managing our checkouts and customer service desk, maintaining high standards of presentation, welcoming customers, team members, and the local community.
About You and Your Skills- Prior experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is essential.
- A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements is vital.
- Maintaining excellent service standards, ensuring a safe and clean checkout area for both staff and customers.
- Driving a culture that prioritizes team member health, safety, and well-being.
- Being customer-obsessed and continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
