Position Overview

Are you enthusiastic about crafting narratives and bringing a brand's identity to life? Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the Communications Manager will be the creative driving force behind our content, video, and social media strategies. Your role will be crucial in shaping our connection with audiences both internally and externally. Here’s how you will make an impact:

  • Create Engaging Content: Delve into the narratives that distinguish our company. You will write and refine compelling content that highlights our customer success stories, showcases our team members' career paths, and emphasizes our student engagement initiatives, among other topics. Your writing will inspire and inform, forging meaningful connections.
  • Oversee Video Production: If you have a talent for storytelling through video, you will manage the entire production process — from conceptualizing the narrative to coordinating shoots and ensuring the final product reaches the appropriate audience. Your videos will encapsulate our essence, bringing our stories to life in vibrant and engaging ways.
  • Drive Social Media Engagement: Take charge of our social media platforms and let your creativity flourish. You will develop content that not only captivates but also enhances our brand's visibility across various channels. Whether it's crafting impactful posts, designing striking visuals, or launching campaigns, you will be the voice behind our online presence.
  • Discover Untold Stories: Collaborating across the organization, you will uncover hidden narratives — the stories that are waiting to be shared.
