About the Role

The Iconic is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our Customer team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, generating insights, and making data-driven recommendations to maximize our online commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (marketing channel performance, web and app analysis, and customer data analysis) and present findings to the marketing team.
  • Support the forecasting cycle for Marketing team to identify risks and opportunities for the upcoming periods and assist in long-term planning.
  • Ad hoc analysis related to marketing channel performance, web and app tracking, and customer analysis, supported with visualizations and clearly articulated actionable insights.
  • Support with market share analysis and market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences. Assist in creating reports based on research findings.
  • BAU reports used by marketing teams (OMR, channel bottom-up build, customer outlook, partnerships reporting).
  • Updating data (including visualizations) for weekly trade reports, dashboards, and monthly business reviews.
  • Help monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns (trade marketing, The Iconic campaigns, partnership campaigns), across all marketing channels, and evaluate the impact on customer behavior. Support with summarization of results and communicate back to the marketing team.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and online advertising.
  • Ability to create insightful visualizations/graphs as required to support analysis/reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, ideally exposure to and understanding of GA4.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and online advertising.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting, charting).
  • Analytical thinker - seek to understand 'why.'
  • Commercial acumen - ability to understand how key metrics impact the business to draw appropriate insights for decision making.
