Industrial Services Technician

As an Industrial Services Technician with EnerMech, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and contribute to its continued success. We encourage all personnel with industrial refinery and resource experience to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • High pressure water jetting work, including:
  • Aqua milling, Aqua lancer, tank cleaning, vacuum loading, field maintenance of equipment
  • General industrial chemical cleaning
  • Degreasing and Passivation
  • Assisting team members with setting up onsite mechanical pressure systems of liquid/air pressure systems, including components of pumps, hoses, generators, filters, etc.
  • Setting up of calibrated equipment within mechanical pressure systems
  • Performing administrative tasks, including accurate completion of work timesheets, JHA's, vehicle check sheets, equipment inventory lists, or any other documentation as may be required in the role.
  • Following EnerMech best practices and internal policies in relation to safety, fatigue, cleaning equipment, support equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, inventory control, client relations.
  • Driving and operating of vac truck
Requirements:
  • Current Driver License
  • High pressure water jetting (HPWJ) Licence
  • Heavy vehicle licence - Non syncro manual license (highly desirable)
  • High Risk Work licence, Forklift, dogging/rigging (highly desirable)
  • Construction Induction (White or Blue Card)
  • Working at Heights within 2 years is desirable.
  • Confined Space Entry within 2 years is desirable.
  • RTAY access card and QAL access card is desirable.

This is a Gladstone-based role with frequent travel to site, some weekends, and may require periods of time away from home.
