  • As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:
  • Ensure the delivery of quality care services to our residents at all times, adhering to Aged Care quality standards and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the care teams to ensure effective care outcomes.
  • Work in a safe manner, closely following policies and procedures, including IPC, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support the Residential Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Willingness to apply for necessary clearances.
