Daily Responsibilities:- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Handle calculations for entitlements like overtime, leave, and terminations in a timely manner.
- Reconcile payroll data and oversee monthly payments (PAYG, super, tax) efficiently.
- Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees and management.
- Support payroll processes and ensure policy adherence.
- 1–3 years' experience in a full-function payroll role, managing payroll for 800–2,000 employees, with knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dayforce is a plus.
- Organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
