Ray white Merrylands is seeking a friendly & enthusiastic person to join our Team as a Receptionist/Office Support. As the first point of contact you must have exceptional presentation, organisational and communication skills, as well as being able to work under pressure to assist our Property Management and Sales Team.
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:This role can vary considerably, however tasks usually include the following;** - Answer telephone and handle all enquiries - while documenting all enquiries - Data Entry - Assisting both Sales and Rental Departments when required - Meet and Greet Clients - Collecting Rental Payments and providing receipts - Prepare landlord, tenant - Assisting with the preparation of office documentation - Uploading rental properties onto the internet - Daily banking - Maintaining office cleanliness - Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, greeting clients and filing - Other tasks as directed - Monday to Saturday Work with a day off during the week.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**: Previous reception experience is NOT a must. We are seeking someone with a great personality, can following instructions, someone who is cheerful and welcoming.**
**Skills**: - Intermediate to advanced computer skills & Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Gmail) - Excellent verbal and written communication - Exceptional listening skills - Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Work well in a team environment - At all times be well groomed and well presented
- To be considered for this role, you must have impeccable presentation, be a 'people' person with strong communication skills and have a corporate appearance. Training and assistance will be provided in house.
