Database Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Database Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality campaign data and actionable insights that power customer engagement and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively. Experience with marketing campaigns and automation platforms is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across direct marketing channels
  • Extract and manipulate data using SQL for targeting and analysis
  • Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Produce reporting and insights to guide marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate data-driven improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills and ability to communicate insights
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable)
  • Understanding of direct marketing principles
  • Exposure to customer data analytics
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset
