We are seeking a passionate Concierge with a deep knowledge of Sydney and a flair for creating personalised itineraries and experiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves making connections, thrives on anticipating needs, and takes pride in delivering warm, intuitive service that reflects the Four Seasons promise.
What You'll Do
Provide guests with thoughtful recommendations for dining, entertainment, attractions, and cultural experiences.
Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special requests with precision and care.
Build genuine relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met before they even have to ask.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
What You Bring
Previous experience in a Concierge role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
Exceptional communication skills and a natural warmth in guest interactions.
Strong local knowledge of Sydney, with a passion for sharing it.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
