- Manage daily centre operations in line with policies and procedures, meeting financial targets and ensuring compliance.
- Develop lasting connections with the local community through partnerships with families and strategic marketing to increase occupancy.
- Mentor the centre to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager.
- A valid Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
