About the Role">

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Manager to join our team at our flagship Chadstone store. As a key member of our stock management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all inventory is efficiently processed and managed within the store.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for implementing operational excellence across stock management and merchandising, managing frequent and high-volume stock deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized stock room with easy access for team members.

  • Assist the Management team in implementing operational excellence across stock management & merchandising
  • Manage frequent and high-volume stock deliveries
  • Prioritize and effectively manage time to ensure all stock is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain and clean and organised stock room with easy and safe access for all Team Members
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a high volume stock assistant role
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
