Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Powerwall Manager. This position involves overseeing the commercial and operational performance of deployed Powerwall battery energy storage systems across APAC.

The ideal candidate will possess effective management skills, strong customer engagement capabilities, and system optimization expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, resolving escalations in a timely manner.
  • Provide commercial and operational support to drive business growth as the primary liaison for Sales Account Managers.
  • Serve as a key contact for the Powerwall warranty process, ensuring maximum product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Sales teams to maintain safe and efficient asset operations, minimizing downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) while driving cost efficiencies and improving overall business performance.
  • Address legal, contractual, regulatory, and commercial matters promptly, making informed decisions that benefit the company.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance Powerwall business performance in APAC, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong prioritization, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and research.
  • Detailed understanding of Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience, with a focus on detail-oriented work and high workloads.
