We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management and be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction or automation projects. They will have a solid understanding of supply chain logistics and operational workflows, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for scoping, planning and delivering a range of projects that enhance operational capabilities and align with strategic business priorities. This includes coordinating project teams across site operations, HR, corporate and external contractors to ensure effective delivery.
You will also work closely with customers and third-party logistics providers to align project outcomes with service expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, budgets and deliverables.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support safe and reliable outcomes. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal and industry standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, identifying barriers and proposing solutions. Drive a continuous improvement approach throughout the project lifecycle, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Skill Requirements:
- Significant experience in Project Management or equivalent roles.
- Proven experience in logistics and warehousing, including warehouse design, construction, or automation projects.
- Solid understanding of supply chain logistics and operational workflows.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
