Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of children and young people, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide counseling and therapy services to individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families, carers, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Senior allied health professional with experience in clinical leadership, complex case management, assessment, counseling, and/or therapy.
  • Experience working in mental health or a related sector, with a strong understanding of child and youth mental health principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
