Role Overview
As an integral member of the SEO & Website Team, you will work closely with the SEO Manager to develop and implement effective SEO strategies and content initiatives across various brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research to uncover opportunities for organic growth.
- Performing technical SEO audits and executing impactful changes to enhance website performance.
- Managing website updates, ensuring fresh content and optimized landing pages.
- Assisting in the localization of Australian content for international markets.
- Collecting and analyzing data for monthly reports, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Staying informed about the latest SEO trends and best practices to contribute to team success.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO or a related field such as digital marketing.
- A solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, including GA4, Search Console, and SEMRush.
- Experience with content management systems, with familiarity in Webflow being advantageous.
- A passion for data analysis and a detail-oriented mindset.
- A proactive attitude, with a strong desire to collaborate and learn.
- An interest in startups and the healthcare sector.
Desirable Skills
Additional skills that would be beneficial include:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- An understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience working with international brands.
- Familiarity with analytics implementation, including Google Tag Manager.
