Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Plasma Scanning Specialist. This role is responsible for verifying each unit of plasma is accurately scanned onto an ERP system, providing plasma and paste to manufacturing areas, and assisting with various tasks related to quarantine and reject units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately scan plasma units into the ERP system (SAP).
  • Understand and follow the requirements of regulatory guidelines relating to plasma and paste delivery.
  • Review, update, and implement documentation related to plasma scanning and paste delivery.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to improve the Single Unit Verification area.
  • Assist with tasks related to quarantine and reject units.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and GWP principles in a warehouse environment.
  • Good understanding of inventory management systems (ERP Systems) and basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Completed a Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent.
