Retail Sales Assistant

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, sales and marketing support via different channels of communication.
Key responsibilities include handling customer orders, maintaining client records, collaborating with teams, providing first line technical and clinical assistance, and escalating issues to relevant teams for timely resolution.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and/or maintaining client account records, tracking deadlines, managing tasks in web-based tools, supporting members of cross-functional teams, and developing and maintaining positive customer relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
