Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the national franchise network, driving performance and growth through a team of area managers and trainers. They will be responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of systems and processes to enhance franchisee skills and enable repeatability and revenue/profit growth.

This role involves coaching Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who can effectively support franchisees and drive regional results. Key focus areas include system optimisation, compliance and operational excellence initiatives, training program development, and cross-functional collaboration on supply chain optimization and product innovation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams. They should possess excellent coaching and communication skills, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies.

This is a challenging national high-impact role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on support. The ideal candidate will genuinely care about helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses.
