About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to lead client engagements, drive business development, and manage delivery teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable impact.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps.
- Manage delivery teams and oversee project execution.
- Maintain high personal utilization.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including consulting or advisory roles.
- Proven ability to lead teams, deliver projects, and drive business development.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and IT/OT convergence.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
- Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
