Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking a freelance professional to manage business operations and lead digital projects. This hybrid role will oversee the delivery of client CRM and lead-nurture programs, as well as other key digital initiatives.
As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional account service excellence across one of our key clients. You will be integral in managing projects and coordinating the client team to achieve shared business goals and objectives.
This role will report into an Account Director who oversees all digital projects and work closely with the rest of the digital team. Our client is focused on delivering best-in-class work, offering opportunities for growth, innovation, and collaboration with integrated advertising campaign delivery teams.
Key responsibilities- Manage business operations and lead digital projects
- Oversee the delivery of client CRM and lead-nurture programs
- Coordinate the client team to achieve shared business goals and objectives
