About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. As a Trainee Manager, you will work closely with our experienced Sale Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, saleyard management, and agents to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Support the maintenance and execution of current contracts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Livestock Operations: Assist with the management of livestock and saleyard operations, including the coordination of sales, marketing, and logistics.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support staff to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize and improve software systems and livestock precision technology to streamline business processes and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience or exposure to the agricultural and livestock industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
