Senior Civil Engineer Position

The role of Senior Civil Engineer is pivotal in our multi-disciplinary environment and development consultancy. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in NSW Central Coast office, working on large land development projects.

As a Senior Engineer, you will shape the master planning and detailed design of infrastructure projects, lead a team of engineers, designers, and draftspeople, and liaise with clients, councils, and service authorities. You will work collaboratively with specialists to achieve best outcomes for stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to ongoing professional development and exceptional career growth prospects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement master plans and designs for land development and infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, designers, and draftspersons.
  • Liaise with clients, councils, and service authorities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality community developments.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

This role requires strong technical expertise in civil engineering, comprehensive understanding of local design standards, and proficiency in software such as 12d (or Civil 3D), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
