The Senior Strategist will lead the day-to-day strategy work with oversight from the lead strategist and Client Partners on their client accounts. They will autonomously develop brilliant strategic solutions for clients, creating brand and integrated communications strategies that help clients overcome their business challenges and seize opportunities.

A key part of our job is to deliver excellent results across multiple clients/projects under the guidance of Strategy directors. We play an active role in shaping strategic solutions through inspiration, integration of new and innovative thinking, and bringing out the best in creative teams.

We work closely with research and trend tools, building relationships with partners and keeping the team up-to-date with the latest features. We become indispensable partners to our daily clients and account management and creative teams internally.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in integrated advertising strategy, ideally with supermarket/retail experience. They will have developed and executed multi-channel customer engagement programs and worked on multidisciplinary projects, including business & CX strategy, media and connections, analytics, cultural trends, research and insights, digital and social strategies.
