About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Engagement Specialist at Hudson Australia to be at the forefront of managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving community engagement across multiple platforms.

This role is part of the Australian Federal Government, and as such, requires applicants to hold Australian Citizenship due to Federal Government requirements. A current Baseline Security Clearance is also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging social media content tailored for various audiences and channels, ensuring consistent and timely delivery through Hootsuite.
  • Oversee community management, responding to comments and moderating discussions to foster a positive online environment.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful messages and evaluate the success of our digital strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship and current Baseline Security Clearance are mandatory for this role.
  • Proven experience working in a government environment, with an understanding of public sector communication protocols.
  • Strong experience drafting social media content and managing posts through Hootsuite.
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement and maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Evaluate the performance of social media posts using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately $65,000 - $90,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
