Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Solutions Architecture Leader for the Australia and New Zealand region. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team in driving adoption of cloud-based solutions, establishing strategic relationships with key accounts, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Solution Architects, developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, hiring, training, and developing new talent from internal and external sources, and guiding the team on skills needed for one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Solutions Architecture team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Hire, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources
  • Build and coach the team on skills needed for one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions
  • Educate public sector customers on cloud value proposition and participate in architectural discussions
  • Guide development of whitepapers, data sheets, and high-value customer-facing guidance
  • Act as liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years management experience of technical resources, 5+ years infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud services like AWS is highly desirable.

  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
