Job Title: Senior Manager Financial Crime Operations

Financial crime operations is a key area of focus for an organisation. The team responsible for managing and mitigating financial crime risks, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF).

The role of Senior Manager Financial Crime involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective and efficient management of financial crime obligations. This includes working with internal and external business units, such as customer relations, fraud, and legal teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, products, channels, and front-line branch experience. They will also have experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

The role requires the ability to identify and respond to business risks, as well as opportunities to improve processes within the team or work stream. The Senior Manager will contribute to the organisation's goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience and protecting its community from financial crime.
