Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Field Service Leading Hand to lead day-to-day workshop operations and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair equipment to a high standard, including lubrication, hydraulic, fire suppression, and refueling systems.
  • Supervise and allocate tasks to field service staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete work within agreed timeframes and to customer expectations.
  • Provide technical support and mentor team members, promoting best practices throughout the organization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety policies and uphold company values in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical work experience and leadership skills. They must be proactive, focused on finding solutions, and committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
