Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill diesel generator servicing tasks and genset breakdowns
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance on dewatering equipment, including water supply bore fields
  • Install and service submersible and sump pumps
  • Repair equipment associated with water supply bore fields
  • Support the safety culture and ensure adherence to Rio Tinto's core values
  • Identify critical spares and maintain accurate inventory for dewatering equipment

You will work closely with our Supervisor and be part of a friendly and high-performing team that supports each other's growth and achievements.

Requirements:

  • A mechanical or plumbing trade qualification
  • A manual C-class Australian driver's license (HR desirable)
