Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the development and optimization of key business applications, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

You will contribute to strategic IT planning, manage major application changes, upgrades, and system integrations. This will involve identifying opportunities to optimize existing applications and business processes through automation, configuration, or new technologies.

Maintaining close working relationships with key departments is essential to ensure systems are aligned with operational needs and strategic goals. You will provide direction and support to internal staff and third-party vendors involved in application development and support.

You will work closely with senior IT leaders to define and execute the applications strategy in line with the broader IT and business strategy.

This role requires a strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. A self-starter who can work both autonomously and as part of a team is ideal.

The successful candidate will possess degree qualifications in Information Technology, ITIL Foundation, Agile or Scrum certification, BI platform certifications, Cloud platform certifications, DevOps or Software Development certifications, and demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of coworkers.
